Established in 2015, the Mitsubishi Sani Dragon is a two-day mountain bike stage race in the vicinity of Underberg in southern KwaZulu-Natal.
This event incorporates the iconic Sani Pass, which ascends over 1 332m in just nine kilometres.
The feature race, the Sani Dragon, covers a total distance of 130km over two days and ascends to the summit of the pass on the second stage.
The Dragon Lite is a more manageable 80km and only takes riders up the pass as far as the South African border post.
Two-rider teams are welcome to enter both events, with limited availability for solo entries.
